Hedgerow Homecare was founded with a simple belief, that everyone deserves to be cared for with kindness, respect and consistency, in the place they feel most at home.
As an independent, North London company, we’re personally involved in every aspect of our service. We take the time to understand each person as an individual, matching them with the right care worker and building long-term relationships based on trust.

Cameron oversees the quality and safety of the care we provide. He works closely with clients, families and the wider team to make sure every package of care meets the high standards we expect.

Johnny has helped grow the company from a small local care provider into a team supporting families across North and Central London. He is passionate about continually improving the service and finding better ways to deliver personal, reliable home care.
Assistant Care Manager
Jéda Ramsey-Moore
Jeda brings valuable experience from previous care management roles, alongside a strong background in medication auditing and compliance. She helps oversee the quality of our care, supporting the team to ensure clients receive safe, well-managed and personalised support.
Recruitment and Office Manager
Sara Argentini
Sara has been part of Hedgerow for over two years and has played an important role in helping us grow into the team we are today. She oversees recruitment and office operations, helping us find great carers and ensuring the team behind our care runs smoothly.
Care Coordinator
Emma Bowden
Emma coordinates our day-to-day care delivery, managing rotas, carer placements and matching the right carers with the right clients. She works closely with clients, families and carers to maintain continuity and make sure every visit is properly supported.
Field Care Supervisor
Victor Bello
Victor carries out spot checks, supports carers in the field and regularly speaks with clients and families to gather feedback, helping us maintain high standards across every care package.
