Hedgerow Homecare is an independent, owner-managed home care provider in North London. We're not a franchise or part of a national chain. Decisions about your care are made by people who know you, a few miles from your front door.
We've deliberately stayed small enough to know every client and every carer by name. That's what lets us match people thoughtfully, keep the same faces visiting, and pick up the phone ourselves when something changes.

Managing Director, Marketing & Operations
Johnny runs the day-to-day operations behind Hedgerow and makes sure families can reach us easily when they need help.
Jéda Ramsey-Moore
Care Manager
Jéda works alongside Cameron on assessments, care plans and reviews, keeping support in step with each person's changing needs.
Sara Argentini
Recruitment & Office Manager
Sara finds and welcomes our carers, and keeps the office running smoothly so families get quick, clear answers.
Emma Bowden
Care Coordinator
Emma plans visit schedules and matches carers to clients, protecting continuity so the same familiar faces keep visiting.
Victor Bello
Field Care Supervisor
Victor supports carers out in the community, carrying out spot checks, sharing practical guidance and making sure standards stay high.

Felix P.
Felix has been a carer for more than a decade. His manager describes him as polite, patient and calm, and feedback from his clients and their families has been consistently positive.
Felix came to Hedgerow with many years of care experience, a Level 2 diploma and a medication certificate. He has supported clients through catheter care and changes to their medication, and works well on double-up visits alongside another carer.
He has a gift for putting people at ease. After his very first visit to one client, they asked for Felix to become their regular carer.
